Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Pikeville, KY. As an OT, you will work with patients of all ages to improve their functional skills and independence. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional limitations, medical histories, and patient goals
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function, promote independence, and prevent disability
Provide a variety of therapeutic interventions, including activities of daily living (ADLs), sensory integration, and motor retraining
Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment plan, and home safety
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited institution
Current licensure to practice as an OT in Kentucky
One year of experience as an OT in a variety of settings
BLS

ACLS is a plus
