Lead the team as the Scrum Master in all agile ceremonies like Sprint planning, grooming, review and retrospective. Manage internal and external communication to provide transparency to the team. Conduct process studies/evaluate process models using tools such as lean value stream mapping. Gather process related information and analyze the data using statistical tools to assess process performance. Facilitate brainstorming sessions/workshops to identify pain areas. Assist clients in implanting these solutions and assess the reengineered process. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any)is required. Work location: Voorhees, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
NETWORK ENGINEERS
Configure and manage various network devices, protocols. Implement and troubleshoot network solutions for both on-premise and cloud environments. Configure Cisco Discovery Protocol (CDP) and LLDP and set up VLANs across multiple switches for inter VLAN communication and trunking. Configure and verify redundant network components like FHRP, HSRP, VRRP. Implement robust security measures, including access control lists (ACLs), IPsec for remote access and site to-site VPNs and wireless security protocols. Configure and verify Layer 2 security features, such as DHCP snooping, dynamic ARP inspection, and port security. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (any) along with two (02) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation is required. Work location: Voorhees, NJ and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
