He received several awards including Outstanding Young Indian by Rotary International, Distinguished Toastmaster from Toastmasters International and Minority Business Leader from Philadelphia Business Journal. He has worked for several fortune companies including Boeing, M&M Mars, Sears, Unisys, Philips etc. |

Norris Bankhead, Vice President
Norris brings a wealth of experience to our IT Staffing/Staff Augmentation Solutions group. Norris has been in the staffing industry since 1993. He has worked with some of the top area staffing firms, such as Andersen Consulting and Volt Workforce Solutions. He is responsible for all operational and management activities for the Washington DC, Maryland, Delaware and Philadelphia market in the Technical Staffing division. Mr. Bankhead is an alumnus of Philadelphia University where he majored in Finance. |

Archana Kulkarni received her Bachelor’s in Science from Pune, India. She also received Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications from Aptech, India. She has several years of experience in the corporate recruitment, vendor management and outsourcing in the IT Staffing Industry. |
